Nokota Indianerpferde

Hallo!

Ich habe heute einen Bericht über diese schönen und seltenen Pferde gesehen.
Die Nokota sollen die letzten Indianerpferde sein, eine Ranch in North Dakota kann ihre Herde sogar bis zur Herde Sitting Bulls zurückverfolgen.

Nun wollte ich wissen, ob irgendjemand weiß, ob man diese Pferde auch in Eruopa erwerben könnte?

Ich habe zwar eine französische Ranch im Internet gefunden, leider kann ich kein französisch und konnte daher die Seite nicht lesen.
Auch habe ich eine amerikanische Seite (ausgehend von der Ranch in North Dakota) gefunden, die diese Pferde verkauft. Doch diese kommt für mich nicht in Frage (jedenfalls nicht jetzt)

Hallo, auch ich habe mich bereits vor zwei Jahren nach einem USA Besuch auf die Suche nach dieser Rasse gemacht. Leider erfolglos. Es werden Pferde aus North Dakota und Minnesota verkauft, Transport etc. steht jedoch in keiner Relation, leider. Würd ebenfalls auf Hilfe hoffen - europ. Raum.
Hier ist Transport dann auch eher möglich.

Danke für die Antwort - habe mir schon sowas gedacht.
Ich werde versuchen, ob eine Freundin von mir die französische Seite übersetzen kann und dann denen mal eine Mail schicken.
Mal sehen was dabei herauskommt...

And sorry for writing this in English, my middle school German classes unfortunately only stuck with me enough that I can somewhat understand written German. We were hoping to have some information in German ready for when this documentary came out but time got away from us...

Anyway, I'm Swedish and volunteered at the Kuntz Ranch for a couple years. Now my husband Seth and I are back in Sweden and have over the past two years imported and helped others import alltogether 20 nokotas to Sweden and two to France. In addition to these there have been a few nokotas in France since 2008. So now they are in three different places in France, and six different places in Sweden, but of course we're hoping that they will spread to other countries, such as Austria or Germany!

Thank you so much for the reply!! It really moved my hopes up.

Don't be sorry for writing in English, it's ok. I just can't speak and read french...

I will be searching now for some informations - thanks to you!
Let's see if I am able to get those beautys to Austria someday.
